CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO THE ORDER? 
Yes of course! All changes need to be made within 24 hours to prevent delay as we pull orders daily. 
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIP TO? 
Please make sure you have the correct shipping address entered, packages are shipped to the address provided on the order. All the Wire is not held responsible for delays by the USPS or for lost or damaged items caused by the USPS. Once your order ships, you will be notified via email from PAYPAL with tracking information. Be sure to include your order # within the 24 hours to check or change shipping information. Customer service is available M-F and will answer your email within 24-48 hours. Holidays excluded.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Due to the nature of each piece handmade, you may return unworn,
non-personalized pieces for merchandise credit within​ 7 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please secure chains in a zip lock bag in the manner they were received. All the Wire will not accept items sent in envelopes (such as standard mail) and will not accept returns in packages other than padded envelopes.
Any personalized piece (bar necklaces, cuffs, discs) will be refunded if a mistake is made on our part. 
DOES MY ORDER COME WITH A WARRANTY?
We offer a 60 day warranty on any chain or clasp defects. Email us right away if you're having issues with a broken chain or faulty clasp (info@allthewire.com) so we can resolve the issue. If your necklace breaks after the 60 day time frame, contact us and we will replace your chain.
If you are unhappy with the length of an item, email us (info@allthewire.com) and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs and may be subject to a $8 re-working fee.
