Orders Submitted:

Can I make a change to my order?  All changes need to be made within 24 hours to prevent delay as we pull orders daily. 

Shipping:

Can I change the ship to? Please make sure you have the correct shipping address entered, packages are shipped to the address provided on the order. All the Wire is not held responsible for delays by the USPS or for lost or damaged items caused by the USPS. Once your order ships, you will be notified via email from PAYPAL with tracking information. Be sure to include your order # within the 24 hours to check or change shipping information. Customer service is available M-F and will answer your email within 24-48 hours. Holidays excluded.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of personalized pieces; bars, cuffs, and all wire pieces, anything we have personalized, refunds will ONLY be given if a mistake is made on our part.

All personalized items are carefully hand stamped by us. No two stampings are exactly the same! Letters & numbers may not be perfectly straight, properly aligned or spaced. Initials may also be slightly visible on opposite side of charms. These are normal variations of stamped jewelry and make your piece one of a kind.

All other non-personalized ATW items are eligible for exchange or refund IF the product is returned within 5 days and remains in it’s original packaging.

Please note: Due to sanitary reasons, ALL earrings are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty:

Does my order come with a warranty? We offer a 60 day warranty on any chain or clasp defects. Email us right away if you're having issues with a broken chain or faulty clasp (info@allthewire.com) so we can resolve the issue. If your necklace breaks after the 60 day time frame, contact us and we will replace your chain.

If you are unhappy with the length of an item, email us (info@allthewire.com) and we will work with you to resolve the issue. You will be responsible for any shipping costs and may be subject to a $8 re-working fee.
